Synopsis... Karen Marshall, three weeks before her eighteenth birthday, is snatched  in England by a man bearing a grudge against her father. She's passed  to a 'People Trader' who  supplies brothels in the  Middle East. Private buyers,  hearing about Karen's  availability, request photos of her. Bids begin to flow in, far larger than what  the brothels offer. In particular, a bid from a gun runner, who pays very well for  the right girl.  The 'People Traders', although experienced in breaking the will of their  victims, are well aware they have taken on a girl who is not run of the mill.  She's intelligent, clever and very capable of defending herself, mainly because  of her background in self defence, kick boxing and martial arts training.  However, her value means they must try without resorting to excess violence  which would reduce her value.  Very soon Karen realises that she’s alone, and no one is coming to the  rescue. So she reluctantly decides to play along and see what happens, but  still with the belief there is always a chance of escape.  After a bizarre set of circumstances, following a night of gambling, among the  traffickers, everything changes for Karen. She is freed, after a daring rescue,  but soon becomes split from her rescuers. But she's in a country where she  can’t speak the language, full of corruption and openly hostile.  Now her buyer wants her back, offering a huge reward for her capture. For  Karen, there is nowhere to hide, no one to help, leaving her to either return to  her buyer, fight for her freedom, or die...  ISBN 978-0-9560191-1-0 Paperback... 8 x 5 246 pages eBooks...
